I'd like to place an order online. What delivery and shipping options do you offer?


We offer the following shipping and delivery options: - Pickups at a favourable location for you - Affordable Same or Next-Day Delivery for local orders (Orders within Accra) - Orders outside of Accra may take between one and two business days to get shipped to you. I've selected Same-Day or Next-Day Delivery. When will my order arrive?


Our deliveries typically arrive between:

  1. 8:00 AM and 6:30 PM Monday through Friday
  2. 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM on weekends.

I'd like to order sofas and other furniture. Do I need to be at home when my order arrives?


Yes. We require a signature upon delivery for all items, therefore, it is for your. The delivery driver will call before pickup to let you know they are on the way. If our normal delivery windows do not work for you, please email info@urbandecor.com with your name and order number to see if a special arrangement can be worked out for you.




Will I receive a discount when I shop online on Urban Decor?


Yes We offer discounts and promotions every now and then on our wide catalog of products. So make sure to stay tuned and always browse our website for the best and affordable products. I was so impressed with the service from Urban Decor's delivery. Can I tip my delivery driver/rider?


At Urban Decor, we're proud to work with the best delivery drivers who are competitively compensated, Urban Delivery employees. Will my online purchases count towards any charitable or societal impact program?


Yes. We actively engage in charitable and societal impact programs such as keeping 1% of every sale made on our platform to support causes such as tree planting programs, donating of essential items, such as food and water, to the needy and less privileged in our communities. If you are interested in helping or supporting some of our causes, kindly email us at info@urbandecor.com.




I'm having trouble placing an order online. I need help!

How long will you hold my pickup order?


We will hold your pickup order for 2 business days after it is placed. If no one picks up the order after 2 business days, it will be cancelled and refunded in full. If you have any issue(s) or reason(s) why you would like us to hold your order longer, kindly email us at info@urbandecor.com, or use the contact form to leave us a message.




I don't live in Accra. Can you ship my order to me?


Absolutely! We offer affordable and flexible shipping prices to anywhere in Ghana. Please note that you will however be charged more based on the weight of the items and your location. If you want special delivery to anyplace in Ghana, kindly email us at info@urbandecor.com.
